Danse Macabre

Danse Macabre will trigger whenever an ally that you control enters the arena. It will not trigger when an ally controlled by an opponent enters the arena.

When Danse Macabre’s trigger resolves, it generates an optional effect: you may choose to both pay and Danse Macabre. If you cannot do both, then you do not generate the optional effect.

If the optional effect is generated, then Danse Macabre will generate a continuous effect and a delayed triggered effect that both apply to the ally that triggered Danse Macabre. The ally’s first attack this turn will get go again; at the beginning of this end phase, you will destroy the ally. The ally will be destroyed regardless of whether it attacks after these effects are generated.

Allies die when they are destroyed.
