From the Omens of the Third Age release notes
  • When playing Turn to Mindfire, you must declare a target. When Turn to Mindfire resolves, you will deal 5 arcane damage to that target. Then, if Turn to Mindfire deals damage, you may choose to tap your hero. If you choose to tap your hero this way, you will create a Ponder token.
