From the Crucible of War release notes
  • Anothos checks your pitch zone constantly not just when it attacks. If the criteria is met after the attack is made, it will get the +2power bonus.
  • You can only pitch when there is a cost to pay. (Bravo’s hero ability can be useful for this.)
